Welcome to KingBet188 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). KingBet188 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KingBet188 website located at https://kingbet188.cam and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and KingBet188.

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Prohibited Activities" has the meaning given in Clause 8 of these Terms.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account with KingBet188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. KingBet188 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and employs identity verification procedures to confirm age during and after registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of KingBet188 or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated or suspended by KingBet188 for breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. KingBet188 reserves the right to verify all registration data and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. KingBet188 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

4.3 Account Sharing

Accounts are personal to the registered holder and must not be used by, or shared with, any other individual. Any suspicion of Account sharing may result in suspension pending investigation. KingBet188 reserves the right to void bets and confiscate funds associated with shared accounts.

5.1 Deposits

KingBet188 accepts deposits in MYR via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and RHB Now. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 and the maximum per single transaction is RM30,000, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

All deposits are credited to your Account in MYR. Deposits made using e-wallets or DuitNow are typically processed instantly. Deposits via FPX or bank transfer may take up to 15 minutes during peak banking hours.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued identity document.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no maximum on withdrawal amounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification and may take longer to process. KingBet188 targets the following processing timeframes:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): under 5 minutes
• DuitNow instant transfer: under 15 minutes
• FPX bank transfer: 15–60 minutes

These timeframes are targets and not guarantees. Delays caused by third-party payment processors, Malaysian public holidays, or technical maintenance are outside KingBet188's direct control.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). KingBet188 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency transactions will be declined at the payment gateway stage.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.

KingBet188 offers sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming products. Each product category is governed by its specific rules, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

KingBet188 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted from Members whose Account has been suspended, restricted, or closed. A bet is only deemed confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation notification from the Platform.

7.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a clear error in the stated odds, bet acceptance, or game outcome caused by a technical malfunction, KingBet188 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. "Palpable error" includes but is not limited to grossly incorrect odds, duplicate bet acceptance, and system-generated errors.

7.3 Sports Betting — Specific Rules

All sports bets are subject to the event rules and settlement procedures published within the Sports section of the Platform. In cases of dispute regarding match outcomes, KingBet188 will refer to official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, and the Premier League for EPL matches). Decisions made by KingBet188 on such matters are final.

7.4 Live Casino — Specific Rules

Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers and are subject to the rules of the respective game as presented during play. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the result of the round as recorded by the server will be treated as final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KingBet188 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and may result in legal action:

• Match fixing or event manipulation: Placing bets on events you have influenced, fixed, or have prior non-public information about.

• Use of automated tools or bots: Employing software, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated mechanism to interact with the Platform.

• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player in a multiplayer game to transfer value between accounts.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Fraud or misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Hacking or technical interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Platform systems, data, or other Members' accounts.

All content on the KingBet188 Platform — including but not limited to the KingBet188 name, logo, brand marks, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of KingBet188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from KingBet188.

Any unauthorised use of KingBet188's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to claims for damages and/or injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KingBet188, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by KingBet188's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

KingBet188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, and we take a proactive approach to identifying and supporting Members who may be at risk of gambling-related harm.

11.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set limits on the duration of their individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications to inform Members of the time and amount spent during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A shorter-term break option (24 hours to 6 weeks) for Members who wish to pause their activity without full self-exclusion.

11.2 Underage Gambling

KingBet188 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Our Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. If we have reason to suspect that a Member is under 21, we will suspend their Account immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated by an underage Member will be voided.

KingBet188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.

• KingBet188 is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• KingBet188 reasonably suspects that an Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes.
• A Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

In cases of Account closure not attributable to a breach by the Member, any genuine Account balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their most recently used payment method after appropriate KYC checks have been completed.

Members may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the KingBet188 support team. Voluntary closure will be processed within 5 Business Days, and any remaining balance will be refunded after KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which KingBet188 operates.

13.1 Complaint Procedure

13.2 Dispute Escalation

Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email notification or prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
